Shipping and payment terms

Germany: General shipping fee of €4.99, free shipping on orders over €100.

EU and Switzerland: General shipping fee within the EU: €9.99, free shipping on orders over €100.

Non-EU: Only on request

 

Shipping is carried out by DHL

 

Payment terms

We offer the following payment options in our online shop:

  • Via PayPal: Payment is made via your PayPal account.
  • Credit card payment (VISA or Mastercard): Your credit card will be charged after the order is completed.
  • Advance payment to our bank account.

 

Delivery

We hand over orders to the shipping service provider DHL within 1–3 business days of receiving the order at the latest.

The total delivery time, including transport, is therefore 2–6 business days. Please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, snow, and ice, as well as an above-average number of orders, may delay delivery by our delivery services or extend the delivery time accordingly.

Our shipping service provider DHL usually delivers Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. The delivery routes are determined by the delivery company and are beyond our control. Parcel services usually send a shipping confirmation by email as soon as the shipment has been picked up by us. By providing your email address and telephone number when placing your order, you agree that we may pass this information on to a logistics company commissioned by us to ensure that delivery is made according to your wishes. Providing your telephone number is voluntary. You can find the planned delivery date in the shipment tracking information. If delivery is not possible, the shipment can be delivered to a post office or packing station. You can pick up the shipment there within approximately 7 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us. When picking up a package, please make sure to bring official identification with you. Alternatively, you also have the option of granting DHL permission to leave the parcel using a digital authorization. In this case, delivery is deemed to have been made when the goods have been left at the location specified by you. Please note that in this case, the risk of loss or damage to the shipment is transferred to you.
