Right of withdrawal
Note: The right of withdrawal applies to customers as consumers (B2C).
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. If your purchase was made more than fourteen days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original, unopened packaging.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the withdrawal form attached below, but its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, less delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we have received and checked your return: Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its unopened original packaging. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
You must return or hand over the goods to us together with a printed copy of your withdrawal immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The time it takes for the returned item to reach us may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
When shipping items, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or taking out shipping insurance. Lost shipments without proof cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your PayPal account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@tiltstop.com.
